Docket is an SEC filings reader. It is built so that your reading activity stays on your device.

What Docket collects

Nothing. Docket has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We operate no servers and receive no data from the app.

What stays on your device

Your watchlist, reading preferences (text size, themes), and any filings downloaded for offline reading are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us. Deleting the app deletes them.

Services the app talks to

To function, Docket requests public data directly from your device to:

• SEC EDGAR (sec.gov) — to fetch public company filings and metadata. Requests identify the app per SEC fair-access policy.
• Finnhub (finnhub.io) — to fetch publicly announced earnings dates. Only ticker symbols are included in these requests.
• Logo.dev — to fetch company logo images. Only ticker symbols are included in these requests.

These requests necessarily expose your IP address to those services, as with any internet connection. Docket sends them no personal information, and no identifiers that link requests to you.

Docket displays public company disclosures and publicly announced or estimated event dates for informational purposes only. Nothing in the app is investment advice.
